What we expect!

1. Come on time, if you can’t come on time, announce it on the signups in the forums.
This comes from the fact that people sacrifice RL to be raiding and it's very irritating to only wait for 1-2 people

2. Be constructive - no room in raids for "fucking retard", "u suck" etc etc... , furthermore,
If you see someone making errors that may or may not because us the fight try to whisper him or officer, but in a positive "how can we improve it"

3. while boss encounters its really important to have as less people speaking at the same time, reason for it is people might get confused,
Wont be able to concentrate, lagg on vent or it will just interfere important information to come out.

4. Afk sickness - who haven’t wiped because too many people vent afk at same time? Not few I’m sure, please announce in on vent and raid chat
When you go afk, we understand people need to go to WC or have the munchies suddenly.

5. HEADSET - it’s very very annoying when you start having echoes on vent resulting from someone talking and having speakers near his PC, so
Please do you and the other people around you a favor and buy headset or headphones.

6. Wipes, yes we are going to wipe because stupid things sometimes, try to be as much constructive as u can to those situations, leaving raid in
Middle because I don't want to wipe is unacceptable.

7. repairs/food/consumables - this is not vanilla atm in wow getting those are very very easy so please don’t slack and farm your mats for enchants/
Potions/repairs/food etc etc..

8. Check your class abilities in new content - that means check if mobs r CCable such as trying to root/sheep/frost nova/banish/seduce/sap etc etc..

9. Honnesty is the best policy.

10. There's always room for improvement.
